The Anomalous Nernst Effect (ANE) is a phenomenon in which a voltage is generated perpendicular to both heat flow and magnetization, which facilitates thin film fabrication and is expected to be applied to flexible heat flux sensor and thermoelectric generation devices. However, the ANE voltage against the temperature gradient is small. Therefore, we focused on amorphous Tb-Fe-Co alloys with a large coercive force, which is required for the application, with a view to device realization. We found the ANE of Tb-Fe-Co alloys varied considerably depending on the composition of transition metals.
