In this talk, we will present a study on developing novel light needle microscopy that utilizes multiplexed needle spot excitation, aimed to further increase the acquisition speed of three-dimensional imaging. The goal of the present study is to realize rapid 3D image reconstruction only from a one-dimensional scan of the multiplexed spots on a fluorescent sample.
