Keywords:

ultra-high repetition,arbitrary optical waveform

The optical frequency division technique divides the optical frequency into exact integer ratios, and the generated light consists a harmonic series of light (1w, 2w, 3w, ..., w~100 THz) with a fixed phase relationship with each other. In this study, by freely manipulating the phase and amplitude relationships of these harmonics, arbitrary light amplitude waveforms were continuously generated with an extremely high repetition rate of 125 THz.
