Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals (PeNCs) have attracted attention for their application in highly reliable luminescent biosensors due to their high photoluminescence quantum yield and tunable emission wavelength in the visible light region. In this study, we developed water-dispersible PeNCs through polymer encapsulation via polymer micellization using block copolymers and by introducing bipolar ligands. We also examined the flowability of nitrocellulose membranes, which are used in antibody sensors.
