Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals are attracting attention as a next-generation LED material because they exhibit high luminescence quantum yield and excellent color purity, and devices can be fabricated by the coating process. Inkjet printing enables patterning and deposition with a small amount of ink, but requires annealing process at high temperature. In this study, inkjet printing of CsPbI3 nanocrystals and fabrication of red LEDs were achieved by ligand substitution of quaternary ammonium salts and ink conditioning with ternary solvents that allow low temperature drying.
