In biosensors using graphene FETs, it has been difficult to evaluate the distribution state of receptors such as linkers and DNA aptamers immobilized on graphene. However, we succeeded in visualizing the distribution state by analysis using ToF-SIMS, which is capable of analyzing the outermost surface with high sensitivity.
