試料厚さが概ね100 nmを下回るようなナノスケール薄膜では、面内方向の熱輸送特性に表面や界面における散乱効果が顕著に表れ、面直方向と面内方向で物性が異なることは想像に難くない。本研究では、時間領域サーモリフレクタンス法（繰返しナノ秒パルス加熱・連続光測温方式）とメタルマスクを利用した縞状パターン加熱を組み合わせた薄膜試料の面内方向熱拡散率測定手法について報告する。
