[15p-P02-3] Investigation of Measurement Conditions in Double Heterodyne Interferometry

本研究では、先行研究にて提案されたダブルヘテロダイン干渉法における適切な測定条件について、理論解析を用いて明らかにすることを目的とする。本方法では測定レンジの変更回数と測定精度のバランスを考慮しつつ、波長差と入射角を変化させた場合に生じうる誤差を検討し、測定条件を決定する。本発表では、任意で測定レンジを変更することによりnmからmmまでの厚さが測定可能であることを示す解析結果について発表を行う。
