The operating environments for electronic components have been becoming increasingly harsh each year. To meet customer demands, it is necessary to accelerate the development of the materials that make up these components. To achieve this acceleration, we are focusing on data science techniques, particularly the Ising machine, which is a next-generation metaheuristic. In this study, we examined a method to convert material research tasks into QUBO problems that can be solved by the Ising machine. As a result, we discovered that the entire material research process, from experimental design to data analysis, can be made more efficient.
