In this study, we enumerated rings composed of chemical bonds in structural models of silica glass synthesized under various pressures (0-175 GPa). We then automatically extracted pairs of entangled rings without shared nodes (atoms) and quantitatively evaluated the shapes of the obtained rings. As a result, we found many entangled pairs in the range of 20-40 GPa. We also performed a similar analysis on silica crystals and confirmed the presence of pairs of entangled rings in coesite.
