Focusing on the propagation of orbital angular momentum in insulators, the thermally driven effects in the insulating orbital ferrimagnet CoMnO3, which has net magnetization originating from orbital angular momentum, were investigated. Cr2O3/CoMnO3/NM multilayers were fabricated, and structural, magnetic, and second-harmonic transverse voltage measurements were conducted. In the NM (Pt) layer sample, the hysteresis observed in the second-harmonic signal corresponds to the magnetization of CoMnO3, suggesting the contribution of thermally driven orbital angular momentum propagation.
