In the previous study, piezoelectric performance was enhanced by applying compressive repeated load using rubber materials put on both upper and lower sides of lead titanate zirconate (PZT). In this presentation, the piezoelectric performance was studied as parameters of rubber thickness and load amplitude to research the effect of rubber deformation to the performance of PZT. As the result, not only was the piezoelectric performance of PZT enhanced, but change of piezoelectric strain constant got smaller depending on load amplitude.
