常伝導層を挟んで2枚の超伝導層の端部を重ねた接合について、一次元分布定数回路モデルを用いて接合部分の電流および電位分布を解析し、接合抵抗に超伝導層の抵抗がどのような影響を及ぼすか理論的に明らかにした。
