We have previously reported on selective molecular detection enabled by surface functionalization of suspended graphene. While resonant frequency measurements via laser excitation allow for mass sensing, differentiating between mass responses due to physical adsorption remains challenging. Therefore, aiming for label-free virus detection in a cluttered environment, we demonstrated the detection of virus and BSA using electro-thermal-driven graphene resonant sensor, and confirmed the feasibility of simultaneous particle counting and mass measurement.
