In this study, a platinum-integrated hydrogel device was fabricated to easily quantify hydrogen peroxide. By designing the device to accumulate oxygen bubbles generated by the platinum-catalyzed reaction in hydrogen peroxide solution, it was found that the hydrogen peroxide concentration could be measured by observing the release of the bubbles.
