In this report, we examined the transient photocurrent to identify the carrier-induced effects. The photocurrent of PCS shows relatively slow response at the beginning of the pulse. It gradually increases and is saturated in ~7 msec. This slow increase in photocurrent is probably due to the carrier traps near mobility gap edges, which capture photo-injected carriers at the beginning of pulse . The photocurrent rapidly decreases at the end of the pulse. The occupied traps are not be released to the conduction band and perhaps recombined.
