Using Laser Terahertz Emission Spectroscopy (LTES), we evaluated the impact of interface passivation on the band structure of perovskite solar cells. From the changes in carrier transport direction suggested by the emitted terahertz waves, we investigated the mechanism by which passivation-induced reduction of interface defects alters the electric field distribution using a band structure model.
