Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) exhibit high efficiency and low cost, with MAPbI3 serving as the core material. However, their inferior environmental stability adversely impacts the minority carrier lifetime (τ). This research employs a dry-wet combination approach to optimize film quality on substrates such as ordinary soda-lime glass, RIE-treated glass, and textured n-type silicon. τ values are analyzed using μ-PCD and tri-exponential fitting, unveiling rapid, medium, and slow recombination processes. The findings indicate that τ average (τave.) is predominantly influenced by the medium-speed and slow recombination stages, underscoring the critical role of optimizing grain boundaries and bulk quality in enhancing perovskite performance.
