An authentic "aerogel" using the conducting polymer PEDOT:PSS was fabricated through the supercritical drying and evaluated its thermoelectric properties. The aerogel, a porous material with mesopores, was subjected to secondary doping through the alcogel state and crosslinking treatments, resulting in enhanced electrical conductivity. Furthermore, the material exhibited band-like electrical conduction, as evidenced by a decrease in conductivity with increasing temperature, and the relationship between the Seebeck coefficient and conductivity was found to follow to the behavior of a degenerate semiconductor.
