We will report synthesis and investigation of magnetic properties of MPc-MOF (M = Fe, Cu) which is an organic semiconductor with a narrow energy gap. It was found that FePc-MOF and CuPc-MOF exhibit antiferromagnetic interaction below 10 K. The magnetic properties of FePc-MOF and CuPc-MOF will be discussed through comparison with FePc(CN)₈ and CuPc(CN)₈ in the presentation.
