In our laboratory, we have previously clarified the monotonic relationship between the ablation volume and sound pressure of laser-generated ultrasound by measuring the sound pressure with a microphone (10Hz-200kHz). In this study, we aim to clarify the relationship between the processing phenomenon and the processing sound in relation to laser parameters such as irradiation energy and repetition, and to achieve advanced control using the processing sound of laser processing.
