The purpose of this study is to investigate local vibration properties of micro liquid channels formed by azobenzene particles that change the shape through a photoisomerization processe. Here, we investigated the optically cross-linking of micro liquid at an air layer using azo particle. The shape changes and intensity changes of guided light in the micro fluid were investigated in response to local vibration using a tungsten needle.
