Vector beams have been widely used in various fields, including laser machining, optical trapping, optical communication, and optical spintronics, due to their unique properties. However, generating a high-quality vector beam with the desired intensity and polarization is challenging due to imperfections in the optical setup, such as aberrations, misalignments, and the properties of the spatial light modulator (SLM). In this study, the generation of a high-quality vector beam was demonstrated using an SLM, taking into account the imperfections in the optical setup.
