[16a-P04-4] Evaluation of spectral linewidth of optical frequency comb with broadened optical spectrum in cavity

To evaluate the effect of broadening on the phase noise and linewidth of optical frequency comb modes, this study used the self-delay heterodyne technique to estimate the spectral linewidth of broadened optical frequency comb modes. The measurement results show that the broadening of the optical spectrum in the laser cavity has no significant effect on the spectral linewidths of the optical frequency comb modes.
