A λ/4 stub oriented out-of-plane has been proposed to miniaturize power amplifiers operating in the 300 GHz band. However, fine-tuning the resonant frequency of the λ/4 stub has proven to be challenging. To address this, a lateral stub is introduced in addition to the out-of-plane stub, enabling more precise adjustments to the resonant frequency compared to conventional methods.
