酸素K吸収端を超える軟X線光パルス発生に必要な、高出力Yb:YAG薄ディスクレーザーを励起光源とした波長2000 nm中心の高繰り返し高強度数サイクル赤外光源を開発し、それを用いた水の窓を超える軟X線高次高調波発生について報告する。
