We have investigated the fabrication of superconducting wires by depositing a REBCO layer on a Ni-plated Cu/SUS316L laminated tape, using conductive Sr0.95La0.05TiO3 (La-STO) and La1-xSrxMnO3 (LSMO) as intermediate layers. By constructing the intermediate layer as a two-layer structure, we aim to suppress the increase in electrical resistivity of the intermediate layers during the REBCO deposition.
