M (M = Zr, Hf, Mg) doped Y123 raw material solution was prepared by dissolving Y123 powder directly in propionic acid and adding a prescribed amount of commercial Hf MOD coated material or MOD solution prepared from MgO to a homemade solution prepared by adding solvent after drying. Using this solution, we also report on the Jc properties of thin films with a small amount of Mg doped to the Zr and Hf doped samples, as well as the properties of thin films with a few mol% of Y211 doped to Y123.
