The relationship between the carrier-doped state and the superconductivity properties of RE123 coated conductors is not well understood. In this study, we investigate the superconducting properties of RE123 coated conductors with controlled nonstoichiometric oxygen composition, and investigate the dependence of Tc and critical current characteristics on carrier concentrations. The change in the superconductivity properties of RE123 coated conductors fabricated by various methods with respect to the carrier concentration will be reported..
