[16p-K209-15] Cryogenic Isolator using NbTiN

In this research, we attempted to imrove the performance of conventional isolators by substituting the conductor part with NbTiN (superconductor), and measured frequency responce at 4K. We also triied out replacing neodymium magnet with superconducting coil. We will report further detail of the fabricated isolator in the presentation.
