In physical reservoir computing using ferroelectric FETs (FeFETs), the method of converting time-series data into input waveforms significantly impacts performance. Previous studies have explored conditions that achieve higher performance for digital time-series data. However, the exploration of conversion methods for analog time-series data into input voltage waveforms has not been conducted. In this study, we propose a novel conversion method for input waveforms, taking into account the characteristics of the output current of FeFETs.
