IoT technology and energy harvesting have been effective against recent environmental problems. In this study, we implemented a BNN (Binary Neural Network) in digital circuit for using intermittent driven circuits and confirmed that it works as per the training results. We implemented the weights learned in TensorFlow and Larq in Verilog for the input value 2 classification problem and verified them on FPGA and prototype chips. As a result, we confirmed that the BNN circuit works correctly and built a prototype circuit chip. In the future, we aim to apply the system to more complex classification problems.
