近年、腸内細菌に関する研究が進み、健康への役割が期待されている。演者らは、独自技術である遠心熱対流PCR技術について、簡便迅速な腸内細菌計測が可能か適用性を検討した。比較的、腸管における機能が明確になってきているビフィズス菌属、Faecalibacterium prausnitziiを対象に、便検体よりDNA計測を行い、NGS結果と比較しても高い相関を示すことができた。
