We reported that doping with dopamine hydrochloride (DA) improves the α-phase stability of FAPbI3. However, the conversion efficiency of solar cells using DA-doped FAPbI3 was extremely low, below 1%, presenting challenges for device applications. In this study, to achieve efficient carrier extraction suitable for DA-doped FAPbI3, we have introduced an inverted structure instead of the conventional normal structure, achieving a conversion efficiency of 3.99%.
