In polymer/CNT composite-based thermoelectric devices, the contact resistance between the electrode and the thermoelectric layer is one of the main factors that reduces the power generation performance. Thus, developping a method to reduce the contact resistance is required. Ag paste is often used to form electrodes on polymer/CNT composite thermoelectric layers. In this presentation, we report that contact resistance can be significantly reduced by reducing the diameter of Ag particles in Ag paste.
