低温での結晶育成を可能とする溶液成長法は，シンチレータ製造コストの削減に寄与する可能性が秘められている．これまでに我々は，昇温結晶化法にて製出したインジウム添加CsIのシンチレーション発現には室温以上の熱活性エネルギーが必要であることを見出した．本研究では，シンチレーション特性のインジウム濃度依存性を調査し，最適なインジウム添加CsI単結晶の育成条件を検討した．
