To investigate the physical properties of nitrogen hydrides, NbNHx thin films were synthesized by hydrogenating superconducting NbN using the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and spectroscopic analyses revealed that the high-crystallinity δ-NbN structure was preserved, while the introduction of hydrogen significantly suppressed the superconducting transition temperature (Tc). Furthermore, the results suggest that the superconducting state can be reversibly controlled through hydrogenation and dehydrogenation. In this presentation, we will discuss the structural characteristics of the thin films, the impact of hydrogen on their superconducting properties, and the feasibility of reversible control of the superconducting state.
