While it is extremely important to understand the generation and annihilation mechanisms of topological magnetic structures under laser excitation, the relationship between microscopic magnetic structures and macroscopic functions is qualitative and has long been analyzed in a genus-specific manner. In this study, we establish a relationship between changes in topological magnetic structure and energy barriers based on a machine-learning-based free energy framework (eX-GL). In particular, the stabilization conditions of spin textures under laser excitation are analyzed by machine learning.
