Natural iodine isotope system has been investigated. To improve the precision of 4 boxes model (Atmosphere, Surface ocean, Deep ocean, Sediments), the latitude dependency of the Iodine-129 production rate is examined. As a result, the dependency on the steady state iodine isotopic ratio was found to be vanish when the exchange rate between boxes were increased. Next important point will be the uranium concentration in the crust and sediments.
