The previous presentations suggested toy models for the enhancement of luminescence and co-existing giant magneto-optical effect from indirect-transition type semiconductor after so-called photon breeding process. The achived steady state is far-from the ground state, that is brought about by the inherent vector potential; that possesses the off-shell nature, the non-linearity specific in the non-relativistic system and the coupling with the external electric current density. This presentation discusses such the electric state that brings about enhancement of optical responses.
