Recently, the development of wearable biosensors using flexible materials has attracted much attention. We focused on organic mixed conductors that conduct both electrons and ions and investigated their application to sensor electrodes. In this study, we fabricated a mixed-conductor film of PEDOT: PSS mixed with additives and immobilized GOD on it. In this presentation, we report a prototype EGFET-type glucose sensor using the mixed-conductor film as the extended gate (EG) electrode, which showed a clear response to different glucose concentrations.
