While the distribution black reflector (DBR) using the spin coating method is simple fabrication, variations in accuracy can be poor. We have studied DBR mirror using CuSCN/CA with high accuracy in the long and medium wavelength region, such as red and green. In this time, we report on the fabrication of a DBR mirror in the short wavelength region of violet.
