In recent years, carbon recycling, which involves reusing CO2 as a resource, has garnered significant attention. This study focuses on the in-liquid microwave plasma process, known for its simple apparatus design and high reactivity. Previous studies have demonstrated the conversion of CO2 into valuable substances such as CO and methanol through reduction processes; however, the low yield remains a challenge. To address this issue, this study explores the use of a Cu/γ-Al2O3 catalyst, which has been reported to enhance CO2 conversion rates in gas-phase plasma, aiming to improve the yield in this method.
