We are developing high-efficiency, lightweight, and flexible perovskite (PVK)/Si heterojunction (SHJ) tandem solar cells. To impart flexibility, we use thin Si substrates with a thickness of 100 μm or less. In order to increase the bottom cell current and also enhance the overall current of the tandem cell, we fabricated a bifacial tandem cell with a top cell consisting of a Cs_0.05FA_0.95PbI₃ perovskite layer.
