One of the challenges facing wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells used as top cells in tandem structures is the large open circuit voltage (Voc) loss compared to the Shockley-Queisser (SQ) limit, the theoretical maximum Voc derived from the principle of detailed balance.In this study, the energy levels of the electron transport layer of inverted wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells were adjusted to obtain a Voc close to the SQ limit.<!-- notionvc: c62de0c3-9d77-4549-9d68-5dea0d8f06cc -->
