Perovskite solar cells are one of the most actively studied next-generation solar cells and also can be used as a sub-cell in tandem solar cells because of their easily tunable bandgap(Eg). For top cells of tandem solar cells, different cell designs are required in comparison with the case of single cells because the transmitted light through the top cell can be still absorbed by the bottom cell. In this study, Eg and the film thickness of perovskite layer were controlled to increase the charge separation efficiency while increasing the transmitted light around the long-wavelength region.
