In our laboratory, we have revealed a monotonic relationship between ablation volume and sound pressure by measurements using microphones (10Hz~200kHz), because laser-generated ultrasonic waves are expected to vary with the condition and structure of the target object. However, the sound frequency spectrum did not change with hole depth. Therefore, we will realize an optical interferometry for laser-generated ultrasonic measurement that enables measurement of frequencies on the order of MHz.
