Mixed nitride semiconductors are anticipated for use as light-emitting devices. However, challenges such as the droop phenomenon and unresolved issues regarding the physical properties of quantum well layers remain. To address these issues, this study applies Bayesian inference for fitting time-resolved photoluminescence spectra, which include information about carrier dynamics, enabling the quantitative estimation of physical parameters in hypothesized luminescence decay models.
