To realize freestanding van der Waals (vdW) materials essential for flexible device applications, we report a dry exfoliation and transfer method using polycaprolactone (PCL). By applying this technique to room-temperature ferromagnetic Cr3Te4 thin films synthesized via molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), we successfully fabricated cm-scale, large-area membranes. Anticipating future applications in flexible spintronics, this presentation will detail the exfoliation process and discuss the structural evaluation results of the fabricated membranes.
