We fabricated an all-solid-state transistor consisting of a VO2 thin film and a Li+ solid electrolyte (Li3PO4/LiCoO2), and achieved modulation of the electrical properties of the VO2 thin film through oxidation-reduction reactions associated with Li+insertion and desertion.
